Cuprous oxide microparticles with different morphologies were prepared by solvothermal method using copper acetate, triethanolamine, and alcohol as raw materials. The morphology and crystalline phase of the products were examined by SEM and XRD separately; the results show that, at an appropriate reaction temperature, choosing different alcohols will lead to forming micron spherical cuprous oxide.
